Dual-degree programs are gaining popularity with students preferring a focused undergraduate and post-graduate degree from a reputed institute to kick-start their careers. The five-year Integrated Program in Management offered by IIM Indore is one such dual-degree course to help students prepare for a career in management and business. Admission to this course is offered via a national-level test called the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) conducted by IIM Indore. At the end of the five-year course, you will receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Analytics) and a Master of Business Administration (International Business). The IPMAT 2023 will be conducted online followed by a Personal Interview. This year onwards, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) will also accept IPMAT scores with a separate application window for IIFT courses.

IPMAT 2023 – Eligibility

If you are looking to take the IPMAT 2023, then here is the set of eligibility criteria for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management at IIM Indore.

  • A minimum score of 60% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examinations (General and NC-OBC categories). A minimum score of 55% aggregate and Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examinations (SC, ST, and PWD-DA categories).
  • You should have passed the qualifying exam in 2021, 2022, or 2023
  • You should be at least 20 years old as of 31 July 2023

IPMAT 2023 – Admission Process

Here is a quick look at the admission process for IPMAT 2023:

  • Application Form – Fill out the IPMAT 2023 application form by providing personal details, submitting the required documents, and paying the application fees based on your reservation category
  • Admit Card – On successful registration, you will be able to download the admit card for the test
  • Take the test – The IPMAT 2023 will be conducted online. Log in to the portal on the day of the test and complete it within the designated two hours
  • Check your result – Usually, the results are declared within 15 days from the date of the exam. Check the results to see if you have made the shortlist.
  • WAT PI – Candidates who clear the IPMAT are called for a Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
