Some Important Notes for the Students
NITs and IITs are inarguably the best engineering institutes in India. The entrance tests, therefore, are designed to sieve the best of the talents. As a result, the qualification marks for JEE Mains are pretty tough to achieve. In 2022, almost ten lakh students appeared for the JEE Mains, and a majority of them could not clear the qualifying percentile for JEE Mains 2022. But they should not be depressed because those who could not secure the top ranks can also get admission to other premium engineering colleges. For example, candidates clearing the IIT cutoff JEE Mains can get admission into the IIITs and get a B.Tech in IT.
